dish – strukli. Especially the ones you make yourself.

In collaboration with a local restaurant, we offer an authentic culinary experience where you will learn how to prepare traditional Zagorje strukli, guided by professionals and accompanied by stories about the region’s culinary heritage.

Zagorski štrukli hold a protected geographical indication (PGI) at the European level, meaning the name is officially protected throughout the European Union

Duration: 2 h

Price per person: € 90,00 (minimum 4 participants)

Price includes:

• Introduction to the tradition of Zagorje cuisine
• Your own workstation (apron and all necessary equipment provided)
• Guided preparation of the dough and stretching technique
• Filling and shaping the štrukli
• Preparation of štrukli in four different ways (soup, starter, main course and dessert)
• Tasting of the prepared dishes
• Coffee and juice during the experience
